While Asian Americans are a fast growing segment of the college educated workforce in the US, they remain under-represented in the executive suite, an issue described as the “bamboo ceiling.”

In 2010, two retired tech execs, Buck Gee (Cisco) and Wes Hom (IBM), challenged the GSB to develop a program that would help address this issue, which resulted in the school’s Asian American Executive Program.
